Tomato soup


1)Melt 6 tbsp of unsalted butter in a large saucepan over medium flame .Add 2 medium onions ,2 cloves of garlic cook stirring onions until it is softened

2)Add tomatoes,3 cups of vegetable stock ,salt and pepper and bring to boil.Reduce heat to low and cook until tomatoes ,onions and garlic are soft

3)Transfer the soup to a jar and make it into purée until smooth.Return to saucepan and place over medium heat .Serve immediately
