Chocolate mousse perfect for this valentine




Put 150 grams of mini marshmallows ,50 grams of soft unsalted butter,250 grams of dark chocolate or chocolate chips and 60 ml of hot water in to the pan.
On a gentle heat melt the contents stirring every now and then.Remove from the heat
Meanwhile whip the 284ml of double cream until it is thick with 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
Then fold into the cooling chocolate mixture until it is smooth and creamy
Pour into ice cream cups making perfect swirls with the help of a cone with some grated chocolate of your choice and refrigerate it.Serve when desired
